Effective July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MINOR!TY processes information when you visit getminority.com or use the participation and distribution protocol.
Information we collect
When you sign in, we receive basic account information from your chosen authentication provider, such as your email address, display name, profile image, and provider account identifier.
If you connect a Solana wallet, we process its public address, signed verification messages, and public blockchain activity relevant to the protocol. We never request or store your wallet seed phrase or private key.
We process profile settings, Units, round entries, hidden-choice commitments, scheduled-choice settings, claims, purchase records, verification identifiers, and support messages needed to operate the service.
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, request logs, and security events.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, prevent abuse, operate rounds, maintain balances and histories, process eligible claims, provide support, secure the service, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google account information for advertising.
Hidden choices and public networks
Choices are designed to remain hidden while a round is active. Outcomes and protocol records may be revealed, aggregated, or displayed after settlement as described in the product interface.
Solana is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses and transactions submitted to it are publicly visible, may be copied by third parties, and generally cannot be deleted or changed by MINOR!TY.
Service providers
We use service providers including Google for authentication, Supabase for authentication and database services, Netlify for hosting and delivery, and Solana ecosystem infrastructure for blockchain interactions. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the protocol, maintain accurate financial and distribution records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Public blockchain records are outside our control.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, separation of signing authority, monitoring, and other safeguards. No internet or blockchain service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may sign out, disconnect a wallet, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information under our control. Some records may need to be retained for security, accounting, legal, or protocol-integrity reasons, and public blockchain data cannot be erased by us.
Children
MINOR!TY is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the protocol evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
